Content Protection
By purchasing  from Sweetest Sleep Co. you agree that you will not share the information given to you with any one (unless it is with someone directly involved in the sleep training of YOUR CHILD which the plan was purchased for) via any medium. The best thing you can do for a parent who needs help with sleep training is refer them to me. You will be given a free 20 minute support call or $10 Starbucks gift card as a thank you once they purchase and your friend will get a customized sleep plan for their child!
Sleep training is not one size fits all. I put my heart and soul into every client and stealing my work by sharing it with others illegally just isn't right so let's stay legal and allow me to give your friend the customized help they need :) 

Refund Policy
If you are dissatisfied with a product or service that you purchased via Sweetest Sleep Co. please email us immediately. We are committed to delivering an amazing service to parents. Should a refund be requested, please read our policies below to understand what you may be eligible for.

Packages that Include Sleep Plans
All products and service refund requests must be received within 14 days of the original purchase date.  

 

Once a sleep plan has been created and delivered, cancellations are not accepted and there will not be a refund issued.

 

However, the service may be postponed and used within 3 months of the purchase date. If you choose to postpone services, a new sleep plan will not be created. Keep in mind that sleep plans are created for your child’s age at the time of purchase so sleep training methods may not be as effective 3 months down the road.
For all Ask me anything calls: no refund is provided if cancelled within 24 hours. You may reschedule an appointment within 2 weeks if you notify us within 48 hours of your appointment.

Unused consulting services will NOT be partially refunded, but consulting services where a sleep plan has not been created are valid for 6 months after purchase.

No Shows/Rescheduling
For any no shows for consultation package training calls, ask me anything calls, rescheduled appointments, or non-showing within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in having 15-minutes of phone time or one email deducted from your remaining allotted allowance to compensate for the sleep consultant's time as well as the time that could have been used by another family. This helps to ensure that all of our clients get help in a timely manner.

Email Support Packages
Email Support packages may be paused once per package for a maximum of 2 weeks for cases of illness, travel, natural disasters, etc. If there are fewer than 2 weeks of the email package remaining, the package may not be paused for any circumstance.

 

Refund requests for email follow ups packages must be requested within the first TWO follow up email exchanges AND within 14 days of the original purchase date. A partial refund may be given, if Sweetest Sleep Co. has already provided email support. This will be determined on a case by case basis.

Downloadable Content
There are no refunds for digital downloads purchased from Sweetest Sleep Co. If you have an issue with the item downloading, simply email us and we will get the item to you.

Consulting services are non transferable.

Refunds are processed once a week, usually 7-10 business days from the time we receive your request. 

Waiver and Disclaimer
 

Sweetest Sleep Co., its officers, agents, employees and associates, do not diagnose or treat disease. You should consult a Physician for diagnosis for any and all suspected health issues that you and/or your baby might have before undergoing any sleep counseling or training. Any recommendations you follow regarding sleep for your child, yourself or members of your family are entirely your responsibility.

 

In agreeing to work with Sweetest Sleep Co., I hereby affirm that I am the parent or court appointed guardian of the child for who sleep counseling is being sought. As such, I accept all risk of injury or death to myself or my child that might result from such participation and hereby release Sweetest Sleep Co., it’s officers, agents, employees and associates, from any liability to me, my child, my personal representatives, estate, heirs, next of kin and assigns for any and all claims and causes of action for loss of or damage to my property and for any and all illness or injury to myself or my child including death, that may result from or occur during my participation in sleep training and/or sleep counseling, whether caused by negligence of Sweetest Sleep Co., its officers, agents, employees, and associates or otherwise. My participation in sleep counseling/sleep training is strictly voluntary, no one is forcing me to participate and I elect to participate in spite of the risks.

 

I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sweetest Sleep Co., its officers, agents and employees and associates from liability for the injury or death of any person(s) and damage to property that may result from my acts or omissions while participating in the described and agreed upon sleep counseling/training session(s). This includes causes which are known or unknown, specifically mentioned or implied, or not mentioned nor implied, which might exist or be claimed to exist at or prior to the date of this document. The undersigned further specifically waives any claims or right to assert that any cause of action or claim or demand has been, through oversight or error, intentionally or unintentionally omitted from this release. The undersigned also understands that Sweetest Sleep Co., its officers, agents, employees and associates provide sleep counseling, sleep education and sleep training, but is not state licensed. Also, when the term “counseling” or “counselor” is mentioned above it does not refer to psychological, state licensed professional, psychiatric or clinical advice.

 

I certify that I am fully capable of participating in sleep counseling/sleep education and I have informed Sweetest Sleep Co. in writing of any medical problems or disabilities me, or my child, may have. Therefore, I assume full responsibility for myself and any child for whom sleep counseling and sleep training is being sought, for bodily injury, death, loss of personal property and expenses (including all medical expenses) thereof a result of those inherent risks and/or my participation in sleep counseling/sleep training.

 

I have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions stated herein and acknowledge that this agreement shall be effective and binding upon me, my heirs, assigns, personal representatives, estate and all members of my family.
